Virtual Meet and Greet

Hi there! Welcome! 

I am Ruth Diaz, owner of Figure It In, LLC, a leadership and organizational consulting company down in the Fine Arts Building in downtown Portland. If you are receiving access to the link, you are likely also in the FAB building. I have been in this building for a year and a half and have always felt that we are too separate and isolated for how close we really are to each other in physical proximity. What an opportunity to create conscious business village together, right?

You might have received a invitation through your snail mail to attend a connect and network event that was to be held in my conference room space on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. Due to Corona Virus prevention, these events have been canceled indefinitely. Leave it to a global pandemic to get in the way of meeting each other finally! But, I will not be dissuaded! 

I have decided to create a virtual space where we can communicate. Please pass this page link to anyone in the building who might also want to communicate and network with each other. Hopefully someday in the future we can meet face-to-face again and share more about who we are:) 

Here is a Facebook group I created for us to freely communicate with each other. If anyone wants to join me as a moderator, that'd be great:) I am thinking about this page similar to NextDoor and Neighborly as a concept. Let's not be so isolated when we are such a great opportunity of community is such a treasured space downtown!
