We are always looking for new collaborators and support. It takes a village to bring healing to the village inside each of us. If you are interested in getting involved with this model and helping us make it bigger and better in the world, here are some ways you might get involved: 

Internship (unpaid) - Graduate and Undergraduate

​In person and remote collaboration for 10-15 hrs per week with a dynamic team on the ground floor of a revolutionary relationship tool development project. Figure It In, LLC is positioning to change the world and how humans relate to each other through conflict. Duties are semi-structured and require your passion, self-leadership, and participation in completing:
  • Creative work with video, Microsoft, and social media marketing
  • Research, study design, data entry
  • Curriculum material development
  • Event planning and assistance
  • Opportunities to learn this model and teach it are also available.
Interns completing 10+ hrs per week receive at least one hour of 1:1 career development mentoring per month with the founder and organizational leader of the company. Previous interns are also staying involved in a mentorship capacity.

Consultants - Collaborators
The DOT model continues to improve with the help of many hearts, hands, and experts lending their time and advice to help adjust, polish, and accommodate the variety of cultural and political settings it is being applied. If you are in a field where you think this model would apply well, please reach out and send us a message of how you feel your work could fit this effort! We have weekly meetings where consultants often offer presentations and advice on how this model could be improved or marketed better. 
Volunteers
Sometimes people want to come and fold flyers, learn the model and practice teaching it, or just take a tour of our space and explore how they might fit this mission of reminding the world that human is the opportunity rather than the excuse.
