Interpersonal Resiliency

What is Interpersonal Resiliency

Responding to relationships in our life with a choice to grow and adapt instead of waiting for the perfect connection or environment. They say it takes a village to raise a child. Interpersonal resiliency therapy groups are about creating the essence of a village or community connection to allow us to raise awareness and care around how we treat ourselves and each other. It is not the same thing as self-help or community led groups as there is a skilled therapist always present assisting in deepening and helping the groups tune into contactful relationship connection with whatever is going on.

Therapy Groups

Therapy Groups are for those already attending therapy and who are trying to learn how to interact in a functional and interpersonally resilient way while they struggle with mental health and emotional concerns.

Community Led Groups

Sometimes we need to learn a new template to replace the old one. FIT groups are community led groups focused on intentional connection of learning and practicing the DOT(Deepen. Orient. Transform.) model.
